I know what it feels like to wonder why your outside life does not match your inside truth.
You do all the right things but still feel exhausted.
You have achieved more than you imagined but joy feels far away.
You pour into everyone but feel invisible in your own story.
That disconnect is not your destiny.
Through story, truth, and safety, I help women close the gap between their performance and their peace so they can rise, speak, and live with clarity.Past trauma, limiting beliefs, and shame-based cycles don’t have to define your future. I help women rewrite their stories — not to erase their pasts, but to finally reclaim their truth and rise stronger.
Whether you’re a parent, leader, or survivor, I’ll guide you to shift your mindset, embody your purpose, and live life fully aligned.

You are more than your pain. We start where the hurt lives, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.
God is not afraid of your story. His truth is louder than your shame.
This is not theory. It is a process built through lived pain and lasting restoration.
No judgment. No labels. Just space to process and tools to grow.
I was 13 when I experienced homelessness.
I have lived through abandonment, abuse, and shame.
I have also raised three kids, graduated college, and built a corporate career in analytics.
But none of that mattered when my soul was still hurting.

I like to think about my day, and as I have always mentioned, be intentional about what I do and say.

I have not written in a while because I have recently won a scholarship to finish my degree in Business Management; I have started school about 40 hours a week in August and doing well, half way through the semester. I also moved my household in the middle of it creating much chaos!
